Simon Rogan’s highly acclaimed farm-to-table ethos comes together with Exton Park’s distinguished wines to create an extraordinary evening, set against the elegant backdrop of the magnificent Exton Hall. Oli Marlow (Executive Chef of Roganic & Aulis Hong Kong and Aulis London) has meticulously designed a four-course menu which showcases the finest seasonal ingredients. Quality produce from Simon’s sustainable ‘Our Farm’ in the Cartmel Valley will be partnered alongside Exton Park’s exceptional sparkling wines and some hand-selected still wines, chosen by Head Winemaker for Exton Park, Corinne Seely.
Executed with elegance and refinement, the menu champions British produce, utilising intricate techniques to elevate classic flavour pairings. Pears cooked with beeswax, quince and beetroot create subtle sweetness to cut through the roasted loin of rich venison. A delicate chamomile sponge, with tart apples and blackberries will be served with cream imbued with sweet and fragrant woodruff. The evening will be an exclusive opportunity to experience two of Britain’s finest artisans come together for a truly unique food and wine experience.
